A bit more information about me:: Elfie is a full-time Mortgage Agent with her own professional office in downtown Oshawa. Her office located in an older home, is designed to relieve stress and show her willingness to take a more personal approach to assisting borrowers.

Elfie has a staff of two licensed Mortgage Agents, Lisa Davies and Kelly Kozar. They have teamed to bring their various experiences and knowledge of lending to Durham Region. They provide borrowing $olutions from all major Lenders in Canada.

Elfie's office is fully automated. Her website allows borrowers to make on-line applications in minutes from the comfort of their own home. "In a busy world, families appreciate that we save them money while also saving them time" notes Elfie.

As a full service office the resources, experience and Lenders can make Mortgage Intelligence Oshawa, your one-stop mortgage office. Elfie and her staff also enjoy relationships with other Financial Professionals who can provide Life Insurance, Financial Planning and Accounting and more.
